What single core value propels a leader to being a human rights champion?
It is the valuing of human life as precious. When I value human life, I not only want to preserve it, but I want to empower it to succeed. Leadership holds the key of unlocking the potential of their citizens to create a nation that unleashes the power of it’s people.
Perspective means everything when it comes to leading. If I see people as servants instead of cooperating equals achieving a national goal, then I will restrict and bottleneck the potential of the people to serving my ego as a leader. I may grow in amassing personal wealth, but the nation becomes impoverished in its
