One day a young student asked his professor, what’s the difference between school and life?
The professor replied, “in school, you’re taught a lesson and then you are given a test. In life, you’re given a test that teaches you a lesson.
Lessons are repeated in life until they are finally learned.
That’s why it is important to never make excuses or blame anyone else. The moment I do that, I give up the opportunity to learn from my mistakes.
Instead, I must admit where I went wrong and what I could have done better.
That way I can learn, move froward, and avoid making a similar mistake in the future. Acknowledging our humanity and yet striving for a higher standard of excellence is a winning combination of life. Knowing we are not perfect, yet refusing to accept as an excuse, motivates to higher levels of experience.
It’s better to fail trying than never try at all.
