If we have ever needed an honored filled society it is now! Honor is a value that creates a safe place where people can be free. Honor protects the value that people have for those who are different than they are.
We must understand it is never a one man show. We don’t make it to the top alone nor do we fail alone. People that surround us provide support by adding to or taking away and thus deteriorating our effectiveness. Quality in our friends, co-workers, associates, and consultants, can never be underestimated. Proper vetting is worth the time and investment that will reward us with success, less regret, and fewer painful experiences.
Improving our leadership skills takes time, effort, dedication, and humility. We cannot microwave ourselves to better ability and effectiveness. It is a slow-cooking process of development; no one arrives at it overnight. We arrive at maturity and improvement not accidentally, but on purpose.
